Dump, Load & ReIndex (DLR)

Our teams will work with the customer to schedule an after hours dump of the existing data, load of the data into a new database structure and index of the new database. The DLR process will ensure that the database is in the best possible state by reducing fragmentation and greatly improving system performance thus increasing daily productivity.

 

**Purging the database before starting the DLR process is highly recommended to validate that the database will be at its optimum defragmented size

Automated Purging

Our teams will maintain the purging schedule for your company by automatically purging data records that are older than the defined dating. All records purged have the option to be backed up with reports of the data in the event the data ever needs to be reviewed. Purging wil be done after hours on a quarterly basis and will ensure that the database is optimized and performing at it's best.

Our teams will get your company on an internal email server that allows any designated invdividuals to send and receive emails from your companies domain (ie jdoe@sbs-tampa.com). This will add additional features to your WDS-II/SIMS and DataSurge systems allowing the systems to email invoices and statements directly to customers, order acknowledgements to the sales teams and reports to end users.
